My Guys Dispatcher Service offers several unique services to individuals both in and out of the logistics industry. Freight brokering to Shipper, Manufacturers & Distributors. Independent Truck Dispatch, for Independent Owner Operators, Hot Shot Drivers and LTLs Carriers. Specialty transport of cargo shipping containers, with regards to Cargo Container homes. Administrative and Bookkeeping Services for Independent Truckers and Small Trucking Companies, as to help them manage their business. We also offer Tax Preparation and coming in late Summer of 2018, Notary Service in New Jersey. I draw my experience from being a former commercial driver, that attended 2 separate tractor trailer driving schools, held a Class A CDL for over 20+ years and logged over 1100 OTR training miles. I hold a degree in business and I graduated Summa Cum Laude in my class, and completed 3 separate freight broker training courses. As an Administrative Assistant (or Virtual Assistant) for an Independent Trucker or Owner of a small trucking company. I'm the go to person, while your on the road. I'll handle the office, so you can focus on the road. Reminding you of appointments, due dates and events, that warrants your attention. Updating important documents and transportation subscription renewal and making calls (non-freight related) on your companies behalf.
As the Bookkeeper, you can empty the shoe box full of receipts, because you won't need it any more. You'll be mailing them to me, and I would set out to organize them and scan them to a cloud storage. You will receive a Monthly Expense Report and at the end of the year, receive a flash drive with all your company information, that can either be prepared by us or taken to your choice of Tax Professional. |
Please all your receipts that were in box, drawer, or under the seat cushion, in the mail. After this first initial time, it will be sent monthly.

Your receipts will be scanned and upload to clouds. Everything will be organized, filed away. At the end of the year, it will be sent back to you.

Your files are now in the clouds, where it is safe and secure, and available anytime you need them.

Monthly reports will be prepared and sent out to you. At the end of the year, you will receive a specially prepared expense report.

Along with having the original neatly filed away, a copy in the clouds, but everything is also stored and provided on a flash drive.
